HireRight is delighted to sponsor the 2013 North American and United Kingdom Candidate Experience Awards (CandE Awards) for a third consecutive year.

The annual CandE Awards and benchmarking program provides a way for organisations of all shapes and sizes to gain independent authoritative feedback on their recruitment process and candidate relationships.

Entry for the 2013 UK Awards is now openSubmission deadline 15th November 2013.

Free to enter, the awards give UK-based employers the opportunity to receive recognition for the work they do to deliver outstanding candidate experiences, and provide valuable benchmarking feedback. All companies that complete the round one submission process will received a confidential, individual report and commentary that benchmarks their organisation’s candidate experience against the aggregate of all companies taking part in the 2013 UK Awards process. So, regardless of whether you win an award, you will be equipped with information that will help you improve your candidate experience strategy.

Initial participation consists of completion of an online survey about your corporate application process and practices that deliver the candidate experience, taking about 60-90 minutes to complete.  Please note, the deadline for submissions for phase one is 15th November 2013.

Companies that meet the standard for candidate experience will then be invited to participate in rounds two and three which include surveying a random sample of candidates and an interview with the Candidate Experience Awards judging panel. The candidate survey methodology includes candidates that have been involved at all stages of the process, not just new hires.

The awards will culminate with ‘Candidate Experience Award Winner’ designation stamps being awarded at a special awards ceremony in February 2014. Successful companies will be eligible to use the ‘Candidate Experience Awards’ logo in any branding/marketing collateral

The CandEs do not simply recognise one or two winners. All companies that reach the appropriate standard will receive an award, some will be recognised with ‘Award with Distinction’ if they demonstrate exemplary processes
