Study Links Background Checks with Improved Quality of Hire

A recent study by the Aberdeen Group reveals a compelling link between companies with “best-in-class” background screening programs and improved quality of hire. Organizations with advanced background screening programs often realize the greatest benefit in hiring results.

With the increased volume of applicants many employers are faced with today, it has become more important than ever to efficiently manage the screening and filtering process to save time and identify the right candidate.

Among the findings in the report, organizations leveraging automated background checking solutions (such as those offered by HireRight) realized a 60 percent improvement in quality of hire compared to those with no screening solution in place.
