NDI's computer system accommodates the reporting and record keeping needs of any client.
Reporting and record keeping capabilities are established during account set-up after we determine the most effective reporting protocols for the specific needs of each client.
Based upon client program requirements and service functions, NDI integrates and consolidates drug and alcohol test results with physical examination results and background investigation information and then reports the combined results to the client via any of the following pre-established methods:
- Web-based application
- Electronic data interchange (EDI)
- Voice retrieval system
- Demand fax (voice-automated fax on demand)
- Secure fax
- Voice Response
