In addition to the protective internal auditing and quality control capabilities provided through the analytical processes and reports generated by TRIPS, NDI performs management review and audits of the performance of each operational department within its company, including continuous training and cross training on procedures and processes.
NDI also maintains a continuous quality improvement process by regularly monitoring and communicating performance issues with its vendors. As needed, NDI establishes teams of representatives to focus on specific service improvement issues to establish new methods for improving service capabilities.
