Laboratory Selection

NDI neither owns nor has financial interests in any of its laboratory relationships. NDI protects client interests and confidentiality via computer links, contracts and operating procedures with each lab. NDI's staff communicates with contacts at key levels of the laboratory system including account set-up, accessioning, distribution and customer service.

NDI's executive management team has established relationships with laboratories in the network and actively maintains communications with key executives, laboratory directors and certifying scientists to ensure client and company needs are met.

Typically NDI receives negative test results from the 12 - 24 hours of receipt of the specimen at the laboratory. Positive confirmation by GC/MS testing take place automatically for any initial screens showing positive test results. NDI receives confirmed positive test results within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the specimen at the laboratory.
