Consolidated Billing and Buying Power

NDI provides an integrated/consolidated and unified billing and accounting service and attaches a monthly summary to each invoice, formatted to include the company business location, applicant employee tested and the specific services provided. Invoices and statements will not include individual test results or other confidential information.

NDI relieves your staff of the burdensome and costly responsibility of continuously receiving, reconciling, and paying numerous bills from multiple collection sites, clinics laboratories and independent employment screening service providers. Clients receive one consolidated monthly bill for all services from NDI. NDI's internal auditing system verifies vendor's services, reconciles current with past service billings and screens for duplicate bills, before generating invoices. NDI's billing process simplifies the client reviews and approval process.

NDI handles billing through a proprietary software application. NDI manages and reconciles all services performed through actual data transactions. Prior to generating invoices, we technologically reconcile donor test data downloaded from laboratories, exam providers, collection facilities and data providers with vendor information, client specific billing protocols and contracted vendor pricing.

NDI has developed an extensive network with highly competitive negotiated fees. Most clients find NDI's negotiated rates substantially lower than those available to individual clients.
