Prior to program implementation, NDI consult with company representatives to review and confirm the required services and components.
Analysis involves a needs assessment including employment screening services, drug screen and / or physical exam site preferences, federal, state and company protocols and procedures, reporting methodology, information technology capabilities and all other program management requirements.
NDI works with the company to more specifically:
- Assess logistic and geographic requirements
- Create database of company business locations
- Create database of designated contacts
- Establish reporting protocols
- Establish employee random testing pools when applicable
- Establish random selection processes and procedures when applicable
- Assess data import method (diskette, electronic, paper) when applicable
- Establish record management protocols and procedures
- Establish network of collection sites and laboratories
- Establish laboratory accounts for each business location
- Distribute forms and supplies to each collection site provider
- Forward protocols & procedures to collection site providers
- Establish invoicing protocols
