Effective Solutions

A client requested NDI provide numerous created solutions to support initiatives for several thousand hiring managers tasked with completing drug tests and other employment screening services for applicants. The program entailed sending applicants to established collection facilities or NDI specified sites for specimen collections, and then sending results to the individual hiring managers before emplying the candidate.

To facilitate the managers' needs to identify collection facilities both locally and nationally, NDI created an internet web-based database of collection facilities, established specifically for the client's usage. NDI also developed an internet web-based system to identify specific testing requirements and to verify that the applicant actually "submitted" a specimen at the collection site according to a predetermined schedule. The process enabled the hiring manager either to review the test results (or plan when results would arrive) or seek alternate prospects immediately should candidates not meet the testing requirements.
