Dr. Phillip Greene, NDI founder and current President/CEO served on both the credentialing and review committees of the American Association of Medical Review Officers for preparation of the (Medical Review Officers) MRO certification and re-certification examinations. Dr. H. Dean Belk, NDI's Medical Director, served as the president of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine prior to joining NDI.

NDI is one of a select employee number of employee screening organizations with multiple full-time MROs on staff. Our MROs ensure that all NDI managed employee screening programs meet the highest and appropriate medical standards. Each MRO is a licensed physician certified by either the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO) or the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).
