To ensure this level of oversight, we utilize a full-time, in-house legal department grounded academically and experientially in Labor Law. Many employee screening firms rely solely on outside legal counsel which can be time consuming and expensive.

We understand the importance of legally defensible healthcare and employee screening programs and our in-house counsel is essential for monitoring and keeping clients informed on the ever-changing federal, state and local regulation of substance abuse testing and employment medical evaluation.

In addition to developing policies and procedures for our business and government clients, our legal team is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, coordinates legal services, and provides legal monitoring and oversight.

NDI's legal counsel:
