In addition to developing policies and procedures for our business and government clients, our legal team is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, coordinates legal services, and provides legal monitoring and oversight.

NDI's legal counsel:

• Informs clients of up-coming legislation that may affect their employment screening programs
• Coordinates with and provides clients with necessary documentation for upcoming hearings
• Counsels and updates NDI's staff on proper protocols to maintain compliance with local, state or federal laws, rules and regulations
• Coordinates with NDI physicians when special medical or documentation issues arise
• Assists clients in obtaining interpretations from DOT or other government agencies
• Corresponds with program participants when necessary
• Provides regulatory interpretations
• Offers risk assessment and mitigation recommendations
• Lends litigation support
