Quality Control Monitoring

NDI has built sophisticated quality control monitoring capabilities into its proprietary software system (TRIPS), which has been designed not only to support process management, but also to organize, direct and monitor specific job functions by task assignments.

For most job functions, the TRIPS system prompts assigned staff to respond quickly and prevent errors and inefficiencies in performance. The system also generates periodic reports to monitor performance for continuous quality improvement for the entire process.

In addition to the protective internal auditing and quality control capabilities provided through the analytical processes and reports generated by TRIPS (which include continuous, daily, and other periodic scheduled reports), NDI performs management review and audits of the performance of each operational department within its company, including continuous training and cross training on procedures and processes.

NDI also maintains a continuous quality improvement process with all of its vendors by regularly monitoring and communicating performance issues with those vendors. In addition, as needed, NDI establishes teams of representatives to focus on specific service improvement issues, often for the purposes of establishing new methods for improving service capabilities for those vendors to better work with NDI to serve mutual clients.
