NDI medically reviews applicant medical history questionnaires for conditions that may conflict with the applicant's ability to perform the proposed job functions. NDI also reviews and investigates applicant requests for special accommodation due to a medical condition(s). NDI medical personnel can request applicants provide medical information that supports their ability to safely perform the proposed job function. NDI then reports physical restriction, limitations and needed special accommodations to the client.
