A monthly summary is generated and attached to each invoice, which is formatted to include the company business location, applicant employee tested and the specific services provided. Invoices and statements will not include individual test results or other confidential information.

Rather than reconciling bills from multiple vendors you will receive one consolidated monthly bill for all services from NDI. NDI's internal auditing system verifies vendor's services, reconciles current with past service billings and screens for duplicate bills, before invoices are sent to you. NDI's consolidated and itemized monthly billing reports will simplify your staffs' review and approval process and provide an effective cost and time saving solution.

NDI maintains the most accurate invoicing and billing capability in the industry. Integrated billing is handled through NDI's proprietary software application. NDI does not reconcile its services with vendor invoices; this process is cumbersome and too difficult to accurately manage. NDI manages and reconciles all services performed through actual data transactions. NDI's processes technologically reconcile donor test data downloaded from the various laboratories, exam providers, collection facilities and data providers with vendor information, client specific billing protocols and contracted vendor pricing, prior to generating client invoices. NDI believes this process is the most accurate way to systematically pay for vendor services in addition to delivering a fully reconciled, integrated and consolidated billing function to its clients.
