Prior to program implementation, NDI completes a thorough analysis of federal, state and company requirements to ensure compliance with the most cost effective program. To ensure seamless execution, NDI provides implementation support and is available to address any issues that arise during any phase of the program.

Analysis includes a review of the company's needs including physical exam site preferences, federal, state and company protocols and procedures, reporting methodology, information technology capabilities and all other program management requirements.
