Job Descriptions

Customer Service Representative
The customer service department acts as the starting point for donors, clients, prospective clients, vendors, research and laboratories.  Remains the point of contact to clients for providing information regarding client demographics and drug screen results. Investigates customer complaints utilizing the computer system.  The department helps troubleshoot any reporting and client contact issues by working closely with laboratories and collection sites to ensure screening programs run efficiently. Overall, customer service strives to ensure absolute client satisfaction with National Diagnostics, Inc.

Document Management/Retrieval
The Document Retrieval and Management Department is responsible for ensuring the timely receipt of all documents that are required to report drug screens and physical exams.  This department works closely with collection sites and laboratories to acquire the necessary paperwork such as chain of custody forms, breath alcohol tests and certificates, physical exam forms, cards, and health questionnaires. Overall, the Document Retrieval and Management Department ensures sufficient documentation is in place before any results are released from National Diagnostics, Inc. and researches, routes and resolves miscellaneous documents that are received by NDI.

Account Implementation
The Account Implementation Department is responsible for setting up clients in our system. The department designates the clinics and testing lab the client may use within their collection network. Any initial questions about the client's new program with NDI (reporting, billing, general service questions) are answered to ensure that the transition is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Account Implementation also sets up new accounts for existing NDI clients that request to have a new terminal or collection site added to their account.

Medical Review Officer
The Medical Review Office is responsible for reviewing and reporting all non-negative test results.  The Medical Review Office Assistants (MROA) gather documentation on positive, adulterated, substituted and invalid drug test results; conduct an administrative review of the documentation; and interview all non-DOT donors who have non-negative test results to determine if there is a medical explanation for the non-negative result.  The Medical Review Officer will interview all donors that submit to testing under DOT regulations.  The Doctors Assistant's work closely with collection sites, laboratories, clients, pharmacies and other NDI departments to complete this function.

Random/Breath Alcohol CSR
The Random Department is responsible for generating random selections for companies who elect to utilize this service.  Management of client company compliance requires NDI to review and enter their breath alcohol test results. 

Post Accident
Post Accident is a 24-hour department responsible for coordinating all special services, including: various forms of Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol Tests, and Physical Exams.  These special services can be Clients that are away from their pre-established collection facilities.  Other situations are when an immediate collection is needed outside of the pre-established collection facility's normal operating hours. 

Quality Assurance
As a department, QA deals with the collection site, lab, and internal issues that arise during the collection process and strives to resolve them so our clients will not continually encounter the same problems.  QA also keeps the collection site network updated.
