NDI's sophisticated quality control monitoring capabilities support process management, and also organize, direct and monitor specific job functions by task assignments.

In addition to the protective internal auditing and quality control capabilities, NDI performs management review and audits of the performance of each operational department within its company, including continuous training and cross training on procedures and processes.

NDI maintains a continuous quality improvement process with all of its vendors by regularly monitoring and communicating performance issues with those vendors. In addition, as needed, NDI establishes teams of representatives to focus on specific service improvement issues, often for the purposes of establishing new methods for improving service capabilities for those vendors to better work with NDI to serve mutual clients.

During the first 6 months of their program, we had a significant decrease in forklift accidents and a 25% reduction in workman's compensation claims. 8 months later we asked NDI to implement an additional pre-employment substance abuse program.
