Employment verifications are completed via telephone, fax, and mail.  Interviews are conducted with human resources, supervisory personnel, or payroll to obtain a comprehensive assessment of work history and capabilities.  Researchers seek to verify dates of employment, title and responsibilities, salary, reason for leaving, eligibility for rehire, and reputation. 

For our DOT clients, we verify general performance for previous work, ask questions related to safe vehicle operation, accident history, history of substance abuse, and more. All questions comply with DOT regulations.
