A criminal record can be comprised of, arrest(s), conviction(s), incarceration, legal status, sex offender registration, and other relevant criminal history. Most criminal checks are completed at the county level but state and federal criminal checks can be completed.
County criminal
searches are recommended to protect against workplace violence and
employee theft. PRI performs searches of current records at
municipal, county, state
or federal level.
Using our vast network of professional researchers who are trained to
conduct detailed, manual court record searches, we provide you with the
most current
information available and report felony and misdemeanor convictions
based on applicable federal and state law.
When it comes to thorough criminal history searches, PRI recommends searching all counties where the applicant has lived, worked, or attended school in the past seven years, using all names provided by the applicant or developed from other sources.
International criminal searches are also available.
