Program Analysis and Implementation Support

Prior to program implementation, NDI consults with company representatives to review and confirm the required services and components.

Analysis includes a review of the company's needs including physical exam site preferences, federal, state and company protocols and procedures, reporting methodology, information technology capabilities and all other program management requirements.

During this process, NDI will work with the company to more specifically:

  • Assess logistic and geographic requirements
  • Create database of company business locations
  • Create database of designated contacts
  • Establish reporting protocols
  • Establish record management protocols and procedures
  • Establish network of exam locations
  • Forward protocols & procedures to collection site providers
  • Establish invoicing protocols
